At Lems Shoes, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your natural foot shape; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn footwear within 45 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your shoes are in their original, unworn condition and packed in the original shoe box to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
